Bamiyan is my favourite place in Afghanistan
I love it here
I always say
If I was a doctor I would set up a clinic
and would be happy to live out my life
in Bamiyan.
The dramatic landscape, the people, the serenity
you can feel a certain sadness toward the Hazara people
for the suffering they have endured as the minority group.
Also to the buddha statues that were destroyed by Taliban.
But life goes on
and the place has peace
and will forever have its beauty.
